I am an intuitive Somatic Coach, certified Therapeutic Play Practitioner, an actor, a mama, an activist.

I help my clients reweave their nervous system patterns for more ease and pleasure.

My practice is centered in creative therapeutic modalities to encourage inherent self-healing flourish.
